For the purpose of booking your accommodation with our partner hotels during your Cross Egypt Challenge experience, we share your Name, Nationality and some time identification documents with our partner hotels to complete their booking process.
To issue the proper route permissions for areas where the route of Cross Egypt Challenge passes through, sometimes we are requested by government bodies to provide the names and identifications documents of participants to issue these permissions.

If you register on our website, and participate in any season of Cross Egypt Challenge, we store the personal information you provide in our system. This information are retained for longer periods of time and are kept for archiving purposes and to be used for historical references.
